Last updated: July 1, 2026
Ecomberry LLC created this privacy statement to demonstrate its firm commitment to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains, in plain language, what we collect on our website (the “Site”) and how we use it. No payment is processed on the Site, so we never collect payment card details through it.
1. Our General Commitment
Any information collected on this Site is used strictly for our own business purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or give away any list or data we may hold, and we do not purchase such information from other sources. The only situations in which data may leave our hands are the limited ones described in Section 4 below (technical service providers and legal obligations) — never for marketing by third parties.
2. What We Collect
Information you provide: when you contact us by form or email, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. If we work together, we also keep the information needed to manage the engagement and invoicing (company name, billing address, correspondence).
Statistical data: like most websites, our servers log IP addresses, referring pages, and pages visited to help maintain and improve the Site. This data is treated as anonymous statistics — showing the busiest times of day, pages with errors, and the effectiveness of our communication. It is not used for any other purpose.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes.
- To perform and manage service engagements, including invoicing and accounting.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site (statistics described above).
- To send you updates about our services only if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Where EU/UK law applies, our legal bases are: steps prior to a contract and performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating the Site, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.
4. Limited Disclosures
We share data only with the technical providers necessary to operate (website hosting, email tools, invoicing/accounting software), acting under our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it. Nothing more.
5. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, so data is processed in the USA. For data received from the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or providers certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Data Retention
We keep inquiry data up to [24] months after our last exchange, and contract and invoicing data for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law. Statistical data is kept for [14] months.
7. Cookies
The Site uses strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent where required (EU/UK), basic analytics cookies. You can accept, refuse, or change your choices at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
8. Correcting or Removing Your Information
If you wish to access, correct, update, or delete any information about you that may be in our records, simply email us at contact@ecomberry.net with the details of your request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., the CNIL in France, the ICO in the UK). California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information as defined by that law.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No Internet transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep risks to a minimum.
10. Changes to This Policy
Any update will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
